Why work with me

I bring 30 years of international business and leadership experience, combining hands-on work with companies across Germany, Europe and the United States with research into how firms enter, position themselves and scale within global value chains.

My work is grounded in real market situations from market entry and partner development to supplier integration, strategic alliances and value-chain positioning. Alongside advisory work, I am conducting doctoral research on global value chains, strategic cooperation and international integration, bringing current research directly into practical decision-making.

Strategy informed by research.

Decisions grounded in markets.

Execution built around real partnerships.

Selected experience

My work has included strategic advisory, internationalisation, value-chain development and mentoring with companies and organisations including Tolaram Group (Singapore, Germany), Finlaid, KODA by Kodasema (Estonia, USA), Nason Davis Eesti, Regio, B&O Bau GmbH, BMFCert GmbH (Germany), EKV Cranes and the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, as well as companies participating in Estonia’s Strategic Growth Programme.

The assignments have ranged from market entry and international partner development to strategic positioning, business-model development and integration into international value chains.
